This is my second experience with Ripp…was extremely happy the first time and even more so the second! Chris was amazing. He kept in constant contact with me , reassured me and came out to my home at 8:45 p.m. to make sure everything was taken care of and ok. If I could give him TEN stars, I would. Over the top customer service!! I tell everyone I can about them…can’t say enough good things. He took care of my problem and was so friendly and pleasant…even at that late hour. Couldn’t be happier!
